This workshop alleviates the perception – and sometimes real! – pain associated with implementing change, through utilizing the ADEPT model for change.

Attendees will discuss why change is important, review the model, and work in virtual breakout teams to plan change using the model while considering communication, immersive events, training, organization design, and overall change readiness.

As a result of participating in this workshop, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify what change is and how it is provoked
  • Reduce employee resistance to change
  • Use the ADEPT change framework to plan for and implement meaningful change
