Change is constant, and for many people, it can feel like a constant headache! This workshop gives insight into change management, the process of change, and how to lead and implement change. In this session, we will:
- Identify what change is and how it is provoked
- Identify reasons for change resistance
- Identify ways to overcome resistance to change
- Identify the steps involved with the ADKAR change framework
- Identify the steps involved in the implementation of change (the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle)
- Develop a plan for preparing for and managing change
