This workshop alleviates the perception – and sometimes real! – pain associated with implementing change, through utilizing a change framework. Attendees will discuss why change is important, review the model, and work to plan for a current or future change need using the framework while considering communication, immersive events, training, organization design, and overall change readiness.

As a result of participating in this workshop, attendees will be able to:

  • Identify what change is and how it is provoked
  • Reduce employee resistance to change
  • Use a change framework to plan for and implement meaningful change
