This coach-led program helps new or aspiring sales professionals build fundamental skills and a methodical approach to territory and account planning that will drive revenue growth year after year.

Selling Process

Sales professionals will have a clear understanding of what a sales process is and why it is important. They will also be learning how they can either develop a new sales process or improve the sales process that is currently implemented in their organization. Participants will be provided content on soft skills that will enhance their ability to drive this type of change in their organization.

Personal Branding

Participants will leave with an understanding of what a personal brand is, and how it’s built. They will have the ability to establish a clear point of view for themselves and learn how this unique point of view can help drive sales numbers in their current markets, as well as how it can help in reaching new markets and/or clients.

Technological Tools

Sales professionals will be better equipped by understanding the importance of the technological tools available to them. Using these tools will enable them to drive their sales numbers and develop key strategies on how to use these new technologies in a virtual world.

Territory and Account Planning

Participants will learn to articulate the importance of a needs analysis and building a territory strategy. They will then be able to develop the skills necessary to create a territory strategy and supporting needs analysis for new clients, so participants understand which clients will help drive their sales goals.

Optional Coaching Sessions

Participants can upgrade their program experience by adding four live 30 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with the program leader. These individual coaching sessions provide participants with an opportunity to receive coaching and feedback from an experienced, objective third party where they can discuss on-the-job application or scenarios that are specific to their real work environment. Coaching accelerates application of program skills and the value your organization receives from their participation.
