Whether a project leader, team leader, or head of a department, you may be required to establish and/or maintain a budget. While this might seem simple in theory, it oftentimes can be a struggle for folks to accomplish in practice. This workshop covers tips and best practices for creating and monitoring budgets, while allowing participants to put them into practice. Attendees will: 

• Recognize the value of establishing and maintaining q budget 
• Recall common budgetary line items 
• Create a budget 
• Establish a plan for monitoring and reporting out on budgetary progress
