This course will introduce you to stress management. As a leader, you likely will be encountering more stress of your own and you will need to recognize it in members of your team. It is critical to understand helpful ways to manage it for yourself as well as help your team members. You will be learning what stress is, what the positive and negative impacts are, and common triggers. You will also be gaining an understanding of techniques to manage stress, leave it at work, and become more resilient to it that will benefit you and your team.
