New and emerging leaders will acquire essential knowledge and skills over a 4 week (8 hours per week) coach led program experience that will set you and your team up for success.

Enrolling into any Thrive Talent program or subscription also grants you access into the Thrive Talent network – a forum made up of other Thrive users as well as users in your same space. The network cultivates a place for conversation, to ask questions, share thoughts, solutions, and best practices.

Optional 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Participants can upgrade their Fundamentals of Leading People experience by adding four live 30 minute one-on-one coaching sessions with the program leader. These individual coaching sessions provide participants with an opportunity to receive coaching and feedback from an experienced, objective third party where they can discuss on-the-job application or scenarios that are specific to their real work environment.  Coaching accelerates application of program skills and the value your organization receives from their participation.
