Attendees will discuss the importance of objective setting and share various methods of completion. Individually and in breakout teams, they will analyze scenarios before writing, critiquing, and aligning objectives using SMART techniques, before individually developing and sharing objectives of their own.
As a result of participating in this workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the characteristics of a good objective
- Recognize organizational accountabilities for setting, monitoring, and completing objectives
- Write SMART objectives that are aligned up and down the organization
